The Black Canadian Coaches Association (The BCCA) is a non-profit organization comprised of individuals from ALL backgrounds who support racial equity in the Canadian sports community. BCCA seeks to connect, empower and advance racialized minorities in the Canadian sport sector.

They are devoted to empowering Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) in the Canadian sports community through three objectives: celebration, advocacy through allyship, and networking.

The association is open to all coaches in Canada, if you are looking to find more information on their programs, mentorships and support email them or follow on any of their social media handles.
